Trocadero was created around a personal conviction: important financial decisions deserve more care than they often receive.

In smaller and privately held businesses, major decisions are rarely made in clean conditions. Owners may be managing growth, pressure, cash constraints, investor conversations, acquisition opportunities, or shareholder questions while still running the business day to day. The financial view matters, but it is not always structured enough to carry the decision.

The philosophy is simple: before capital is raised, ownership changes, a business is acquired, or a strategic direction is chosen, the question should be slowed down and examined properly. Not to delay action, but to make sure the action is based on clear assumptions, real constraints, and an honest view of the trade-offs.
