Standard engagement framework
Trocadero works on a retainer-based model, aligned with defined objectives and decision timelines. Most engagements combine forecasting, valuation, and financial analysis as these elements are usually interdependent at decision stage.
Engagements are structured as follow:
Retainer
The retainer covers the consulting work itself, including direct involvement across analysis, review, structuring, coordination, and delivery of the agreed material throughout the course of the engagement.
Success Fee
Where the engagement relates to a transaction, such as a company sale, partial exit, or fundraising, a success-based component may apply. It is linked to the transaction and applies only if the transaction is completed.
